What a beautiful jacket. It would most likely NOT fit Channing, but who cares if I can get it cheap enough. I think I know lots of people who are having baby girls!!! So to make the story short...last night I was the proud winning bidder of this jacket. I stole it for $13.01. WOW....I'm excited!!! I sent the seller an email for them to let me know the shipping charge and then I would pay for it. This morning the seller sent me an email and here was their response:
Hello there.I'm really sorry to write regarding this metter at this time.Actually the wining price is too low.As you know, I started this to making money but, I never get the money from ebay.I sold two items on ebay and I lost money either.However, this time,,,, I lost money alot.Frankly, I bought the item at 40% of from retail. It is almost $70.Could you please cancel this transaction?I hope you understand my situation....I also have 2 yr old boy... and I don't want to lost my money anymore...Please understand me at this time..Thank you and May God Bless You!regards,
OKAY....I dont care if you lost money. Then dont list the item with NO RESERVE!!! Now you know a little of how my response went like. So has anyone else ever ran into this problem before? I still havent heard back from the seller, but I will keep you all posted!!! Do I report this seller to ebay now or wait a few days? Hmmm....if you see it re-listed on ebay, let me know and dont bid on it!!!

I would report them!
Give them a few days to send the goods. Tell them that you will report them for not following ebay rules if it is not remedied....then DO it. Grrrr!Oh, and suggest they use some proceeds to take a basic grammar course ;0) (Okay, that's a little snipe-like...maybe)
Sorry that this had to happen to you and with such a cute item as well. I have never ordered anything from ebay, so I don't really even know the lingo, but good luck in trying to come to some sort of compromise.
I've never bought anything on eBAy but it sounds kinda fishy to me. I mean, once they put it on there, isn't is just "for sale". I'm not really sure how it works, but it seems weird.Janet
Kim,Definitely report them! I have bought and sold a ton of stuff on e-bay and this is just wrong! You can't just cancel a transaciton because you don't like the selling price! Like it states, that is a binding transaction. Tell her you ahve to report her, and then do because you also don't want her to do this to others! I would also leave her negative feedback, thats ridiculous, sorry to rant but I have bought and sold on e bay for 7 years and I ahve never had anyone do that!

That's not fair! You won the item fair and square. No reserve means you risk losing money.If nothing happens in a few days then I'd report them.Let us know how it goes. It's a beautiful coat and hopefully it will fit Channing someday. You just never know.Hope the person comes through with the sale.

GRRRRR...I am anti-EBAY...ever since I bid on Mulan 1 and Mulan 2 dvds last year, won, and sent my money order, which got cashed, and NEVER got my movies...I reported it and all ebay could do was tell me that the seller was no longer with them. NEVER Again will I be on EBAY!!!!!!!!
Have you paid? Call ebay right away and they'll tell you what to do. Otherwise, that is wrong. I have bought and sold everything on ebay and have never had that happen. It's not like I make money on anything. In fact, I just consider it as borrowing, I buy it, use it, relist it and get a little less usually. Ebay it like an online garage sale. She's just wrong! I'm ticked thinking about it. What's her user name? I'd like to stalk her auctions and cause her a few problems. I have 100% positive fb, I can afford to mess with her.
