So you must be in Nanning by now though it's Sunday evening here! I am sending good thoughts your way that Channing finds peace in the transition. Will you be able to go to the orphanage and see where she was living? 6 hrs. is far. Good luck and no worries about the pics. Channing and then sleep are the most important! Good luck. -Dale
I just found your blog through Colleen's blog and realize we have a few things in common. Your new daughter, Channing is not that much younger than my son who was born in December 2003. We adopted him here in the US and are now pursuing a China adoption. Also, I have 2 labs - a chocolate & a black and love them to death. I just wanted to say too that Channing is so beautiful. You are so lucky to have found each other.
Anxiously awaiting photos!!! I pray for an easy transition. May this sweet baby girl be open to the love that will abound and a family of her very own. It's the most surreal experience ever, seeing her in person for the very first time ... your daughter. Love to you and Channing.
Thinking of you and your girl!!
You are such a great Mom, thinking of Channing and her transition. Sending you both big HUGE hugs!!!! Hope that then next few days will be ok.
