1 YEAR/8 MONTHS

Today marks my 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY that I "officially" was able to adopt from China. Even though I began my JOURNEY sooner, the Sk Government wouldnt accept my application until April 9th, 2006. Today is a wonderful day.......usually we focus on our DTC date, LID dates and celebrate those great milestones anniversaries.....but let me tell you.....I was soooo counting the days until I could "officially" apply to adopt a daughter from China. Its so hard to believe that it has been a year already!!!

Also today marks my 8 months LID-iversary!!! It seems so sad that I still have to count these anniversaries since I have received my referral of sweet, beautiful Channing, but hopefully I wont be counting them too much longer. Hopefully in a few days I will have an update to share with you all!!!
