Here is a dossier being "reviewed" or "matched". They now upload all our info in a computer database and review it like this!!!
Piles of dossiers on someones desk!!!! You can see all the other people working away.

Mine is on the bottom with all the cobwebs on it, I'd like to be the one with my face on their computer screen though.

It makes you realize how daunting the job is when you see all.those.files!My dossier is off partying in the hallway outside the matching room ;0)

Great photos. I'd love to be able to take a peek closer and see which ones are in those piles, finding mine, and moving it to the top! HAHA.

Hey is that guy in the last picture sleeping?! That could explain the slowdowns!! It's a little frightening to see all of those dossiers sitting there - it's amazing when it's "someone's turn" and a baby comes home when you see the volume of waiting files!LOVE the new ticker BTW!
