Going for Christmas pictures

Lastweek I took Channing for her Christmas pictures. She did really well...laughed and giggled the whole time. These are just a few snapshots before we headed out the door. I cant wait to get the others back.

(Channing said Saige was GRUMPY because she didnt smile and she is sleeping.....LOL)

1st Taste of SNOW

Well she finally got to see SNOW!!! I think Channing was beginning to think her mom was loosing her mind. Everyday since before Halloween I would tell her the snow as coming, and it never would. FINALLY.....Saturday morning we woke up and I seen it had snowed. I told Channing to hurry and look out the window. She looked out and yelled "SNNNOWWWW". It was a matter of minutes and then we were out the door to play in the snow.

Look at her RED nose. That was the only thing she complained was cold on her body.

Hours were spent playing in the snow with cousin Hunter

Opps....she even got a "taste" of the snow too!!! No freakout though!!!

OK...maybe I should've put my snow pants on!!! Next time....

Welcome Home Party

These pictures are overdue!!! Last month was Channing's 1st "Welcome Home Party". It was put on by Elaine and all the neighbours at the lake attended. Channing had so much fun and received so many beautiful gifts. She was so excited and of course was spoiled rotten!!!!

Happy Halloween

I cannot remember EVER going out trick or treating with no snow on the ground. Channing comes to Canada and her first Halloween she doesnt have to trample through 2 feet of snow. It was so nice not having to bundle up and watch out for slipping on the ice. It was a beautiful night and all the kids had fun.

Our day started out with Channing having a Halloween party at school. She was excited to wear her Chicken Little costume but once we got to school she was a tad scared seeing all her little friends dressed up. Plus her costume was nice and fluffy so she kept getting HOT!!!

Just arrived to school. This is her friend Morgan as a monkey. She didnt know what to think of everyone.
